Tips on where to find the latest Tour news.
The most watched, most controversial, and definitely most exciting cycling race in the world is about to get underway. Strap on your helmets and inflate your tires as we head not only in to one of the biggest American drinking holidays of the year, but we’ll also have the Tour de France to celebrate.

This week has been filled with rumors, rants, and round ups of the pending race. BikeRadar and CyclingNews have been busy posting previews and gearing us up for start day.

From the complete start list as well as the editors’ picks for the yellow jersey, from the latest doping controversies, to who’s hoping to out ride returning champion Carlos Sastre, the stories surrounding the Tour are almost as exciting as the race itself.

Of course the biggest news for American cycling fans this year is Lance Armstrong’s return to the race this year. The 37-year-old, seven-time Tour winner is still the man everyone wants to beat .

For complete coverage throughout the three week event BikeRadar will be on hand covering it live. Check out their Tour De France section daily for updates. CyclingNews will also have news udpates, as well as maps and breakdowns of all the stages as well as lists of all the teams so you can get a better idea who's riding and where. And if you’re interested in getting the bloggers’ take on the race BallHype has a new Cycling section. So this weeken, sit back, relax and pop open a tall cool one while you watch a ton of incredibly fit guys pushing themselves to their physical limit.
